This class will deepen your understanding of art and craft of songwriting, and give you the tools and concepts that make songs work, with insights on ways to set yourself up for a more creative and successful writing life. The sessions will include lectures, writing prompts, breakouts for exercises, and feedback on one of your songs.

Darden brings over 50 years of songwriting experience to his workshops. His goal for the weekend is for you to gain writing knowledge that usually takes years to learn and a better understanding of what works and why, and how to write with deeper honesty.
